Middle tier:  Black Cat was a largely entertaining, fun show with enjoyable characters.  But it could have been better than that.  The show simply does not take itself as seriously as its subject matter suggests it should be.  It is too lighthearted for much of what happens.  Not that that means everything necessarily works.  Creed utterly fails as a villain.  He is so far beyond bat-shit insane that he often fails to be a threat.  But he is the main thing that fails.  Otherwise, it is a pretty entertaining show.
